For the past few days I was traveling through the Sahara Desert. Albeit for some illness, the trip was absolutely fantastic and unbelievable!
Have you ever seen a white desert fox up close and personal? I did while in the desert.
It made me think of how life is made up of the day-to-day, little moments. By being mindful, we can be present mentally in what is occurring around us on a daily basis and realize we don’t necessarily need spectacles to have a fulfilling life.
