Managers and PR pros now spend more time coming up with new slogans than building good relationships with staff and customers. If you focus on the relationship and trust, then don’t need to find work arounds to ‘trick’ consumers or staff.
Invest heavily in creating teams in your organisation responsible for developing your staff and fostering effective and deep relationships with your consumers and you won’t need a large Truth Twister Department.
