one3ag shares more research about #TakeTheActivePledge

As we just posted on the one3ag blog (http://one3ag.wordpress.com/2013/05/23/more-research-for-our-partners-taketheactivepledge/), more research came out today from SIRC showing the benefits of physical activity.

The article from SIRC is available by clicking here.

They discuss how physical activity benefits youth’s physical health. The main focus of the article goes even further to highlight the correlation between physical activity and academic achievement.

Coincidentally, We published a blog post from CBC early this morning. It is available here (https://adam13goodwin.wordpress.com/2013/05/23/kids-need-to-play/).

Please help us help the world and #TakeTheActivePledge at Okanagan Elite Athlete.

Couldn’t agree more. Schools need to change their priorities.
